What to expect when you request an estimate or book work with us.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. If conditions on site differ materially, we'll discuss any change with you before continuing.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are confirmed in advance. Weather, access issues, or disposal-site hours can occasionally shift a schedule; we'll let you know as early as we can.
Items we can't accept
We do not haul hazardous materials. Please remove anything valuable or personal you intend to keep before the crew arrives.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are made in writing.
