FAQ
Questions, Answered
The things customers ask most before booking a haul or a demo job.
What types of junk do you remove?
Household clutter, furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, garage and attic contents, construction debris, yard waste, and most non-hazardous materials. If you're not sure about an item, send a photo and we'll tell you straight.
What items can't you accept?
We can't haul hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, fuels, oils, asbestos, chemicals, or medical waste. Regulations vary by disposal site, so ask us and we'll point you toward the right drop-off.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free and there's no obligation to book.
Can you give an estimate from photos?
In most cases, yes. Clear photos of the items or the space are usually enough for an accurate price. For larger demolition work we may want to see it in person.
Do you handle residential and commercial jobs?
Both. We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, contractors, and local businesses.
Do I need to prepare anything before the crew arrives?
Nothing required. It helps if we know where to park and which items are staying, but we do the lifting and loading.
Do you clean the area after demolition?
Yes. Cleanup is part of the job. We sweep the work area and remove the debris before we leave.
How quickly can you schedule a project?
It depends on the size of the job and the current schedule. Call or send a request and we'll tell you the soonest window we have.
What happens to the materials you haul away?
Usable items are set aside for donation or recycling when it's practical. Everything else goes to an approved disposal facility.
Are you licensed and insured?
Ask us for current license and insurance details and we'll provide them before the job starts.
