About us

Local Crew. Honest Work.

Sandlot Demo and Junk Removal LLC is a locally owned company serving Arizona.

Sandlot started with two friends that refused to work in a cubicle. We have a passion for real estate from start to finish of projects. We promise to do the hard work carefully, and leave the property better than you found it. That's still how we run every job.

We handle the heavy, dusty, awkward jobs most people would rather not tackle — hauling out a garage full of clutter, tearing out a dated kitchen, taking down a leaning shed, clearing debris off a jobsite. Whatever the scope, you get the same thing: a clear price up front, a crew that treats your home like their own, and a clean site at the end.

Safety matters here. We plan the work, protect floors and landscaping, and use the right equipment for the job so nobody gets hurt and nothing gets damaged. If something changes mid-project, we tell you before we keep going.

Being local means our reputation travels by word of mouth. We'd rather earn a neighbor's recommendation than rush a job.

Owned and operated by Griffen and Bobby.
